Souley Vegan just opened up a couple blocks away from my home, and I decided to check it out today.

OMG so good.

Pictured here is a little less than half of what they served me… collards, southern fried tofu and vegan mac n’ cheese (my favorite). I’ll save the rest for another meal. Damn good for ten bucks.
