We attempted to recreate the breakfast burrito from Tortas Mexico in Pasadena with much success! Refried pinto beans, bacon, fried egg, tater tots, and the coup de grâce: hot dog. It’s much smaller in size than its inspiration, but just as tasty. ★★★★★
