Lamb Shoulder Steaks (from our meat CSA) with Anchovies, Capers, and Sage ★★★

I’m afraid I overcooked the anchovies, capers, and sage on this try. May give this one another shot, as I love all those flavors when done right.

Based on Seared Lamb Chops with Anchovies, Capers and Sage from NYTimes. Served with oven-roasted asparagus.
