My interpretation of PDT‘s Chang Dog. Wellshire Hot Dog (named as top dog by the NY Times), wrapped in bacon and fried, topped with chopped Choi’s Kimchi, in a King’s Hawaiian hot dog bun. ★★★★

Served with Crispy Crowns – like tater tots with more crispy surface!
