Happy Friday!

This drink comes via Jamie Boudreau, which was reproduced by Willy Shine and Aisha Sharpe from a Tequila seminar. I did not have Partida, but substituted our favorite Tequila, Herradura Reposado. Not sure how it compares, but it sure made a tasty drink…

  • 2 oz Herradura Reposado
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 2 oz grapefruit juice
  • Shake and strain into an iced rocks glass
