Happy Friday! Another cocktail to kick the weekend off.
Ever since Dinah and Joe mixed us some lovely drinks with Bols Genever back in November, we’ve been wanting a bottle of our own. Now that we have some, I have finally been able to mix up some true classics (and twists on them).
Improved Holland Gin Cocktail (via Bibulo.us)
- 2 shots of genever
- 3 dashes rich sugar syrup (I used Agave syrup)
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1 dash dry orange curacao liqueur (I used Cointreau)
Shake; wet the rim of a coupe with a lemon slice and discard; spray, rim, and drop a lemon peel (I used an orange peel).
