Perhaps a gin cocktail for your Friday? I mixed this one up the other night for my fellow Ladies Adovcating Respectable Cocktails.

This month’s theme was Gin, so I decided to share one of my favorite gin cocktails with the ladies. May I present to you:

La Bicyclette

1 ½ oz Plymouth gin
¾ oz sweet vermouth (I used: Cinzano Rosso)
¼ oz St. Germain
2 dashes peach bitters (I used Fee’s)

• Place all into an iced mixing glass and stir
• Strain into a cocktail glass (optional: serve in a Kate Spade glass as pictured)
• Garnish with a lemon twist
